This office serves the following counties in Washington: Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Franklin, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, and Yakima.
The Yakima Public Transit system has 5 bus routes (Routes 1,7,8,9,and 10) that stop at Yakima City Hall which is .3 miles from the Yakima USCIS Office. From the Yakima City Hall bus stop walk North on 2nd street and turn right on E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Turn left on N. 3rd street. The USCIS building is on the right.

Case Status and Referral Follow-ups
If you want to know the status of a case that is pending at this office, you should first call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If your case is outside of our normal processing time, as shown on the uscis.gov web site, a customer service representative will ask USCIS to research your case, and we will send you a letter with further information.
In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Services Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. When you come to your scheduled INFOPASS appointment, you must bring the printout of your INFOPASS appointment and a photo ID with you.

The Yakima Field Office conducts Judicial Ceremonies once per month and Administrative Ceremonies are conducted twice per month. This office does not conduct same-day naturalization ceremonies.
