AR-11, Change of Address

Purpose of Form

The primary purpose for providing the requested information on this form is to report a change of address within 10 days of the change. To do so, you can fill out the form provided here, or you can also change your address online.

IMPORTANT: To ensure your address is updated, do not download Form AR-11 until you read this page: Change of Address Information, as you may also be required to contact the National Customer Service Center (800-375-5283).

To report the change of address of an alien in the United States. If you are subject to Special Registration, see Form AR-11 Special Registration.

Disclosure: Failure to report a change of address may result in a fine, imprisonment and/or removal. 8 U.S.C. sections 1227(a)(3),1306. Failure to comply may also jeopardize your ability to obtain a future visa or other immigration benefits.
