USCIS Reminds Public of Change in H-1B Cap Filing Address
WASHINGTON - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) treminds the public that the Vermont Service Center (VSC) filing address for H-1B cap petitions has changed from the address used for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 H-1B cap petition filing season. The new VSC addresses are as follows:
H-1B Cap Cases
H-1B U.S. Master's Exemption Cases
The VSC filing addresses for all other H-1B petitions (including those requesting premium processing service) and the California Service Center (CSC) H-1B filing addresses remain the same as FY 2010.
U.S. businesses use the H-1B program to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in fields, such as scientists, engineers, or computer programmers.
