Once you have completed all lessons in the E-Verify tutorial, the “Knowledge Test” link will be available from the main tutorial screen. If you have completed all lessons and are still unable to access the knowledge test, make sure you have green check marks next to each lesson on the Tutorial Home page and that you disable the pop-up blocker on your computer. If the problem persists, contact the technical support helpdesk at 1-800-741-5023.
