§ Sec. 100.5 Regulations.

The regulations of the Department of Homeland Security, published as Chapter I of Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations, contain information which under the provisions of section 552 of Title 5 of the United States Code, is required to be published and is subdivided into Subchapter A (General Provisions, Parts 1 through 3, inclusive), Subchapter B (Immigration Regulations, Parts 100 through 299, inclusive), and Subchapter C (Nationality Regulations, Parts 306 through 499, inclusive). Any person desirin g information with respect to a particular procedure (other than rule making) under the Immigration and Nationality Act should examine the part or section in Chapter I of Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations dealing with such procedures as well as the section of the Act implemented by such part or section.
