INA: ACT 407 - EFFECTIVE DATE
Sec. 407. [8 U.S.C. 1101, note] Except as provided in subsection (k) of section 401, this Act shall take effect at 12:01 ante meridian United States Eastern Standard Time on the one hundred eightieth day
