INA: ACT 205 - REVOCATION OR APPROVAL OF PETITIONS
Sec. 205. [8 U.S.C. 1155] The Secretary of Homeland Security
may, at any time, for what he deems to be good and sufficient cause, revoke the approval of any petition approved by him under section 204. Such revocation shall be effective as of the date of approval of any such petition.

(d) Effective Date- The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act (Public Law

of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1155, 1201(i)) made before, on, or after such date.
