OI 234.5 Appeals from Class A medical certifications.


When an alien has been certified as being afflicted with a condition specified in section 212(a)(1) , (2). (3), (4) or (5) of the Act and requests an appeal to a board of medical officers, the district director shall notify the Director, Division of Quarantine, Center for Prevention Services, Centers for Disease Control, Atlanta, Georgia 30333, and shall request that official to convene such a board.
