OI 264.5 Registration and fingerprinting of aliens who attain the age of fourteen.
A lawful permanent resident attaining the age of fourteen who has not been registered and fingerprinted shall be required to submit Form I-90 and be fingerprinted on Form FD-258. Form G-155 should be used in communicating with such aliens concerning the submission of Form I-90 and the fingerprint card. The Service employee who performs the fingerprinting shall endorse the "Remarks" block on the back of Form I-90 to show that the alien was registered and fingerprinted, the date thereof, and shall sign his
name and state his title. The alien's old evidence of alien registration shall be lifted and the Form I-90, photographs, and lifted evidence of registration shall be referred to examinations for determination as to whether the issuance of a new Form I-151 shall be authorized.
