In the space after "classes" appearing on the back of the duplicate petition, the preliminary examiner shall indicate whether the applicant has attended organized public school classes, has been enrolled in a home-study course ("HSC") sponsored by the Service, or presents a public school certificate ("PSC") pursuant to 332b.4. If any of these actions are taken by the petitioner after the filing of the petition, that fact shall be noted when the case is found to be ready for final hearing.
