National Customer Service Center Experiencing Connection Difficulties

Over the next few days, the National Customer Service Center will be making some important system enhancements to the 1-800 number. As a result, some callers may experience difficulty in connecting with a customer service representative or may be disconnected unintentionally. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete these changes as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

As a reminder, customers can check the status of their case, change their address, or submit an e-request 24 hours a day by visiting www.uscis.gov.
