National Customer Service Center will not be available to receive calls about individual cases from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT on Friday April 20

On Friday April 20, the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) will not be available to receive calls about individual cases from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  EDT. You may still contact the NCSC (1-800-375-5283) with general immigration questions.  We apologize for this inconvenience and ask customers to call back after 4:30 p.m on Friday or on Monday April 23rd with case-specific questions.
