Collaboration Session - Request for an Individual Fee Waiver (Form I-912)

The USCIS Office of Public Engagement cordially invites you to a collaboration session to introduce the newly created form, Request for an Individual Fee Waiver (Form I-912).  This form has been designed to help standardize the process of requesting a fee waiver.

We would like to present a draft version of this form to you and hear your feedback on it.

Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow extra time to be processed through security and bring a photo I.D.
