O Nonimmigrant Visa: Agents as Employers

On March 24, 2011, USCIS invited interested parties to participate in a teleconference regarding the subject of agents performing the function of employer for the O nonimmigrant visa classification.

USCIS presented an overview of the regulatory requirements for agents filing as petitioners, provided a description of the contracts and itineraries required and addressed suggested topics submitted by stakeholders.
