Donald Neufeld, Associate Director, Service Center Operations

Background Experience/Significant Achievements:

In his current role, Mr. Neufeld oversees all activities at the four USCIS service centers located in Laguna Nigel, California; Dallas, Texas; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Burlington, Vermont.

Mr. Neufeld has 27 years of experience with USCIS and legacy INS, and has held various leadership positions at USCIS/INS Headquarters, the Los Angeles and Miami Districts, and the Nebraska and California Service Centers.
