I have cases that have received a case alert. How do I remove these alerts?
You may remove the “Open Cases to be Closed” case alert by closing your open cases.
You may remove the “Cases with New Updates” case alert by taking the next required step for each case, which could be notifying the employee of a tentative nonconfirmation or closing the case.
You may remove the “Work Authorization Docs Expiring” case alert by clicking on the red X under the Dismiss Alert column.
