What should I do after my employer notifies me that I received a tentative nonconfirmation (TNC) case result?

Make sure that your employer provides you with a printout of the TNC notice. This notice will provide you with details about your E-Verify case, instructions and information about your rights. You must then decide whether you want to contest the TNC.
