Confirmation of Genealogy Requests

• Online Requests- You will receive a receipt upon successful submission of your online request. The receipt includes the case identification number and date of submission.
• Mailed Requests- If you submitted your request by mail you will receive a letter notifying you of your case identification number and receipt date.
