Premium Processing:

Premium Processing Upon Initial Filing with USCIS:

To request Premium Processing when you initially file a Form I-140, you must also file Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service

Send the Form I-140 and Form I-907 together to either the USCIS Nebraska Service Center or USCIS Texas Service Center, depending on the location of the beneficiary’s permanent employment.

Send both forms to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center if the beneficiary will be employed permanently in the following locations:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, CNMI*, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

*Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

Send both forms to the USCIS Texas Service Center if the beneficiary will be employed permanently in the following locations:

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, or West Virginia.

Request to Upgrade an Already Pending I-140 to Premium Processing Service:

If you have already filed Form I-140 and you wish to upgrade to Premium Processing Service, you must file Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service with the USCIS Service Center where the Form I-140 is currently pending.

You must include a copy of Form I-797C, Notice of Action, which shows that your I-140 petition was accepted, or a copy of the transfer notice, if applicable, showing the location of the Form I-140. 

To ensure that your Form I-907 is matched up with the pending Form I-140, you must fully answer questions 1 through 5 in Part 2 of Form I-907.  If this information is not provided, Form I-907 will be rejected.
