Q : I am a Federal contractor with the FAR E-Verify clause. May I verify my entire workforce?

Yes. Subject to certain exemptions that apply to certain organizations and employees, you may choose to verify your entire existing workforce. You must notify DHS if you choose to verify your entire workforce.
