I received a "Work Authorization Docs Expiring" case alert. What should I do?
The “Work Authorization Docs Expiring” case alert notifies you that your employee's Employment Authorization Document (Form I-766) or Arrival-Departure Record (Form I-94) document will expire soon. The case alert reminds you to reverify the employee by completing Section 3 of Form I-9. You may not create a new case for the employee in E-Verify. You may remove each alert by clicking ‘Dismiss Alert.’
