USCIS hosts a series of live webinars to give interested individuals an opportunity to view the different features of USCIS ELIS and ask about the system. Our subject matter experts actively engage with the participants and we regularly update our answers to Frequently Asked Questions about USCIS ELIS.

Currently, there are no USCIS ELIS webinars scheduled on the calendar. If you wish to request USCIS schedule a webinar about our electronic immigration system, please email USCIS at uscis-elis-feedback@uscis.dhs.gov. Please include your full name and the organization you represent in the body of the email. Please do not send specific case or account related questions with your request.
