Outreach and Public Engagement

Building Partnerships, Building Communities

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is committed to developing and maintaining productive, collaborative relationships with all of our external stakeholders.  We will coordinate what we hope will become an agency-wide dialogue through our newly established Office of Public Engagement. Our goal is to offer education and information regarding USCIS policies, programs and benefits, and to invite feedback to inform our work and decision-making.

The Office of Public Engagement operates in conjunction with a network of USCIS Community Relations Officers (CROs) throughout the country.  Our CROs forge critical local partnerships, identify areas of need and issues, and together help USCIS provide outstanding customer service.
