The Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program is a service that helps federal, state and local benefit-issuing agencies, institutions, and licensing agencies determine the immigration status of benefit applicants so only those entitled to benefits receive them.

Form G-845 Update

The newly revised versions of the Form G-845 and G-845 Supplement are approved and available on the USCIS Website at USCIS Forms as of June 16, 2015.

SAVE customers that verify status using the paper Form G-845 and G-845 Supplement must use these newly revised forms.  After August 15, 2015, SAVE will not accept the previous versions of Form G-845 or G-845 Supplement (with an expiration date of January 31, 2015).

Electronic versions of the new forms are not yet available in the SAVE system! Until further notice, SAVE customers will continue to use the existing electronic Third Step Form G-845 and G-845 Supplement (with the expiration date of January 31, 2015) as appropriate.

Please browse our SAVE website, contact us and take our free webinar to learn how SAVE can serve you.

SAVE and SAVE Case Check are services of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Verification Division. The SAVE Program verifies immigration status, but does not provide determinations regarding an applicant’s eligibility for a specific benefit or license. Only the benefit granting agency can make that determination.
