Work Measurement Procedures.
The Adjudication program is extremely dependent on the accurate collection of statistical data for:
The proper management of its responsibilities;
Development of effective Performance Work Plans and ratings (see
of this field manual);
Workforce distribution (at all levels);
Preparation of budgetary requests;
Development of recommendations regarding pending legislation;
Implementation of new legislation; and
Numerous other functions.

Because of the many critical uses for this data, it is essential that the information each office submits to the G-23 via the PAS system (described in the next section) be complete, accurate and timely.
