MODEL NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL RESIDENCE
OF IMMIGRANT INVESTOR/ALIEN ENTREPRENEUR BASED UPON
FAILURE TO PROPERLY FILE FORM
Notice of Conditional Resident Status Termination
A review of the records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Service) reveals that you were admitted to the United States as a conditional permanent resident on [insert date of admission or adjustment].
In accordance with the provisions of
of the Immigration and Nationality Act (the Act), you were required to file a petition (
) requesting removal of the conditional basis of residence between [insert date 21 months after date of admission or adjustment] and [insert date 24 months after date of admission or adjustment]. As of this date, the Service has no record that you have filed such a petition.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of
