Starting January 16, 2018, the London Field Office, located at the U.S. Embassy, will be open in its new location in the Nine Elms area of London. It is accessible from London's major railroad stations by taxi, bus, tube (subway), or train.
To collect a reentry permit, you must make an online appointment after your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, is approved in the United States. Please bring a printout of your online appointment letter and a photo ID with you to your appointment. If you believe that your reentry permit has been sent to the USCIS London Field Office and you have not heard from us, please email us at USCIS.firstname.lastname@example.org before making an appointment.
This office does not accept walk-ins. You will not be allowed into the embassy without an appointment notice.

The location of the U.S. Embassy in Google Maps will be switched in early 2018 when the new building opens to the public on January 16, 2018. In the interim, a Google maps search for “33 Nine Elms Lane” will yield the correct location in front of the new building.
Accessibility for individuals with special needs is available. Those requiring assistance should make themselves known to the security guards at the gate.
Please Note: Electronic devices (such as laptops) and large bags (such as backpacks, suitcases or packages classed above cabin-size allowance) are not allowed within the embassy grounds. For a list of prohibited items and storage facilities within the vicinity of the embassy, please see the security information (PDF) on the embassy’s website.
