2009 Outstanding American by Choice Event Photos

The Outstanding American by Choice initiative highlights the importance of citizenship rights and responsibilities through recognition of the outstanding achievements of naturalized U.S. citizens. The following are photos from events in 2009 in which USCIS presented the Outstanding American by Choice recognition.
