SAVE Awareness Video DVD now available

Release Date:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is now offering a DVD version of its SAVE Awareness video. The video helps public benefit applicants understand the immigration status verification process of the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program.

Community based organizations and immigrant advocacy groups can order copies of the DVD free of charge by following these ordering instructions. They can also download the video from the SAVE website and from SAVE’s YouTube channel.
We encourage federal, state, and local benefit granting agencies registered with the SAVE Program and to play the five-minute DVD in their waiting rooms or other public areas where benefit applicants can easily view it.
Registered agencies use the SAVE Program to verify the immigration status and determine the eligibility of their public benefit applicants. SAVE verifies the immigration status of immigrants, non-immigrants, and naturalized and derived citizens by accessing multiple federal databases with more than 100 million records.
