U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Dec. 7 from 3 – 4:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the new Form I-942, Request for Reduced Fee, which may be used to request a reduced Form N-400 fee.

The form, which became effective on Dec. 23, allows for a reduced fee for naturalization applicants whose household incomes are greater than 150 percent and not more than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. During the teleconference, USCIS subject matter experts provided an overview of the form and answered questions.
