Register for the Employee Rights Enlace Teleconference (in Spanish)

Register to join USCIS on May 16 from 2-3 p.m. Eastern for the first Employee Rights Enlace – a Spanish-language teleconference for workers, advocacy groups, and employers to learn about employee rights and resources. During this teleconference, USCIS and presenters from the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division Immigrant and Employee Rights Section will:

• Discuss employee rights during the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and E-Verify processes, including protections from discrimination based on citizenship status and national origin;
• Review myE-Verify, the newest Employee Rights Toolkit, and other employee rights resources; and
• Answer your questions about employee rights during the employment eligibility verification process.
