First in Series of Regulations Designed to Facilitate Electronic Filing and Handling of USCIS Benefit Requests

USCIS announces the launch of Conversations with the Director, a series of small group sessions to discuss policy issues that are of relevance to our stakeholders. During the sessions, members of the public will have the opportunity to meet with USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas and senior members of the USCIS leadership team to discuss discrete policy issues.
The USCIS Terrorist-Related Inadmissibility Grounds (TRIG) Working Group will host its quarterly stakeholder meeting on September 13, 2011 at 1:00 pm (EDT) in the White Oak Conference Room at 20 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington, DC.
On August 23, 2011, the USCIS Service Center Operations Directorate invited interested stakeholders to participate in a monthly stakeholder teleconference to discuss Form I-140.
On August 23, 2011,USCIS and EOIR invited interested parties to participate in a stakeholder meeting regarding the Employment Authorization Document (EAD) asylum clock.
