ALERT: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will implement the Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds final rule on Feb. 24, 2020, except in Illinois, where the rule remains enjoined by a federal court as of Jan. 30, 2020. The final rule will apply only to applications and petitions postmarked (or submitted electronically) on or after Feb.24, 2020.

Edition Date: 01/08/20. The 01/31/19 edition is also being accepted until Apr. 1, 2020 for those with an Illinois physical address.
Edition Date: 09/16/19. Starting 04/06/20 we will only accept the 09/16/19 edition. Until then, the 07/25/17 edition can be used.
Edition Date: 09/17/19. Starting 04/13/20, we will only accept the 09/17/19 edition. Until then, the 05/30/17 edition can be used.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has published revised forms consistent with the final rule on the public charge ground of inadmissibility, which the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including USCIS, will implement on Feb. 24, 2020. Beginning Feb. 24, 2020, applicants and petitioners must use new editions of the following forms below (except in Illinois, where the rule remains enjoined by a federal court): 
Edition Date: 10/21/19. From Jan. 31, employers may use either the 07/17/17 N or the 10/21/2019 version until Apr. 30. Starting May 1, employers can only use the 10/21/19 version.
National Pass Rate As of October 2019, the national pass rate for the naturalization test is 90%.
