G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions

Effective May 3, 2021, the Nebraska Service Center started accepting credit card payments using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions, for U nonimmigrants filing Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

Use this form to pay any fees for a form submitted to a USCIS lockbox and for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for U nonimmigrants processed at the Nebraska Service Center. You may pay with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank, at no additional cost. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank. Not all service centers are able to process credit card payments.
