Purpose of Form
For a refugee who has been found inadmissible to the United States for reasons such as felony conviction or health conditions to apply for a waiver of such inadmissibility on grounds of humanitarian reasons, family unity or national interest.

You have filed a Form I-590, and USCIS has interviewed you and has notified you that you are inadmissible and a waiver is available
Contact the Resettlement Support Center (RSC) that helped you prepare your Form I-590 for instructions on how to file the Form I-602.

Complete all sections of the form.
Sign the form at Part 2, Applicant’s Signature.
