To submit a comment, follow the instructions in the 30-day Federal Register notice.

After the 30-day period, we will address the public comments. We will publish the final revised Form I-485 and Form I-485 Supplement A once the Office of Management and Budget approves the revisions.

Important note: The revised Form I-485 and Form I-485 Supplement A are not yet available for public use. We will not accept the draft versions of these forms, and you cannot use the drafts available for comment to apply for an immigration benefit. The revised Form I-485 and Form I-485 Supplement A will be available when OMB approves them. Customers should continue to use the current version of Form I-485 (edition date: 10/05/15) and Form I-485 Supplement A (edition date: 10/05/15) until further notice. You can find the edition date at the bottom of every page on these documents and instructions.
