Access and Accommodations for Customers Who Are Blind or Low Vision
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder listening session on Tuesday, March 14, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Eastern. We sought feedback on how we can improve access to our services, information and facilities to better serve customers who are blind or low vision. The session included an overview of current efforts and the process by which customers with disabilities can request accommodations.
