U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a virtual stakeholder engagement on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022, from 2-3:30 p.m. Eastern with USCIS on the recently published public charge final rule. During this engagement, USCIS will provide updates on key provisions of the final rule. We will also be joined by several  federal agencies that manage benefits and other supplemental government services.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a national stakeholder engagement on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) final rule on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. Eastern. On Sept. 28, 2021, DHS published a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for DACA. After a careful review of the public comments received, on Aug. 24, 2022, DHS announced a final rule to preserve and fortify DACA that implements the proposed rule with some amendments. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is pleased to invite you to participate in a national engagement on Operation Allies Welcome (OAW) on Thursday, Sept. 1, from 3 to 4 p.m. Eastern. USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou will provide opening remarks on our work in support of OAW. This engagement will also provide information about lawful immigration pathways available to Afghan nationals in the United States. USCIS is committed to hosting stakeholder engagements like this one to obtain valuable feedback to improve and strengthen USCIS programs.

USCIS will conduct these virtual engagements on a quarterly basis to provide updates and address some of the questions submitted in advance. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a military resources stakeholder engagement on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022, from 2 -3 p.m. Eastern. During the first part of the engagement, USCIS will share an overview on the resources available to active-duty military and their families including customer service tools, the military resource center, and updates on interagency working group initiatives among the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Veterans Affairs Administration.
