Overview of the H-1B Electronic Registration Process: A Webinar for Registrants

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invited you to participate in a webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern.

During this webinar, USCIS representatives provided an instructional presentation of the H-1B electronic registration process in myUSCIS for registrants. We held another webinar specifically tailored for attorneys and representatives on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2022.

We hosted this webinar to allow users to familiarize themselves with the electronic registration process.
