H-2B Visa Program: Overview of Northern Central American Countries Recruitment

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites you to participate in an engagement on Monday, April 10, from 2–3 p.m. Eastern to hear about U.S. government efforts to facilitate the recruitment of H-2B workers from the Northern Central American (NCA) countries of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Representatives from USCIS and the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs will outline the requirements and process for petitions and visa applications submitted under the H-2B supplemental cap issued on Dec. 15, 2022. Representatives from the NCA governments will discuss their respective efforts to identify and train workers to facilitate their recruitment and participation in the H-2B visa program.
