Performance data on immigrant petitions by alien entrepreneurs and petitions by entrepreneurs to remove conditions. Provides the number of petitions received, approved, denied, and pending by fiscal year.
This report provides data on all credible fear cases from FY2019
Contains quarterly data on military and non-military naturalization applications. It displays the number of applications received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter of fiscal year, office, and subtype.
Nonimmigrant Worker (L-1B, Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge) quarterly performance data. It displays the number of petitions received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter of fiscal year.
This report provides data on all credible fear cases from FY2009-2019 (October 2008-June 2019).
Contains information on Victims of Trafficking (T visa) applications. It displays the number of applications received, approved, denied, and pending by fiscal year, updated by quarter.
Contains the number of people with a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) expiration date on or after Sep. 30, 2019, by the month and year that their current DACA status expires. The report also contains the number of pending DACA renewal applications for DACA recipients by the month/year that their current DACA expires. People who have obtained Lawful Permanent Resident status or U.S. citizenship are excluded. Contains information on requests for Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) through Sep. 30, 2019.
Temporary Agricultural Worker (H-2A) performance data. It displays the number of petitions received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter of fiscal year, state, and company.
Contains information on self-petitions for victims of domestic violence for petitioners who use Form I-360 to petition under VAWA. It displays the number of applications received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter and fiscal year.
