Contains information on adjustment of status applications. It displays the number of applications received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter of fiscal year, office and subtype.
Contains data on the number of petitions by case status and employment preference for all countries, in addition to India and China broken out separately, during fiscal years 2009 – 2019.
Contains data on receipts, approvals, and denials for I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. Data are classified by eligibility category and filing type for fiscal years 2003 through 2019.
Contains information on petitions for nonimmigrant workers. Data is provided for H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, L-1A, L-1B, O, P, R-1, and TN classifications. Data is classified by petitions received, approved, denied, completed, and request for evidence (RFE).
Provides data on minor principal applicants (MPA) and PRL (asylum applicants of any age filing with USCIS under the initial jurisdiction of the 2008 Wilmer Wilberforce Torture Victims Protection and Reauthorization Act which is abbreviated as TVPRA).
Contains quarterly performance data on the abandonment of lawful permanent resident status, organized by field office and country.
Contains performance data on applications for the Haitian Family Reunification Parole Program. It displays the cumulative number of applications accepted for processing, denied, approved, and pending to-date. The report also contains the cumulative number of invitations issued to eligible petitioners and the number of beneficiaries to-date.
