Provides data on minor principal applicants (MPA) and PRL (asylum applicants of any age filing with USCIS under the initial jurisdiction of the 2008 Wilmer Wilberforce Torture Victims Protection and Reauthorization Act which is abbreviated as TVPRA).
Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Cumulative Report: June 2012 (PDF, 22 KB)
Provides NACARA workload statistics by applications filed, interview groups scheduled, cases completed, cases adjudicated, dismissals, other completions, and total cases pending by asylum office. Data is from June 21, 1999, through June 30, 2012.
Credible Fear Workload Report Summary: FY2009-FY2012 (Fiscal Year 2012, 3rd Quarter, April 1-June 30, 2012) (PDF, 25 KB)
This report provides data on all credible fear cases from FY2009-2018 (Oct. 1, 2008-June 30, 2012). The Asylum Division of USCIS routinely provides detailed asylum and credible fear data as part of a statistical package made available during regularly scheduled, quarterly stakeholder engagement meetings.
Credible Fear and Reasonable Fear Statistics and Nationality Report (Fiscal Year 2012, 3rd Quarter, April 1-June 30, 2012) (PDF, 167 KB)
Provides credible fear and reasonable fear workload report summaries by case receipts, interviews conducted, all decisions (fear established/fear not established), and closings by month and asylum office. Also includes monthly credible and reasonable fear nationality reports through June 2012.

Provides data on affirmative asylum office workload by: applications filed, received, and reopened; interviews scheduled, conducted, and cancelled; preliminary decisions; cases adjudicated; cases completed; charging documents served; and cases pending at the end of month. Also provides data on asylum application data by office and leading nationalities.
