Affirmative Asylum Statistics: September 2019 (PDF, 365 KB)
Provides data on affirmative asylum office workload by: applications filed, received, and reopened; interviews scheduled, conducted, and cancelled; preliminary decisions; cases adjudicated; cases completed; charging documents served; and cases pending at the end of month. Also provides data on asylum application data by office and leading nationalities.

Applicant Performance on the Naturalization Test
The overall national pass rate is determined based solely on an applicant's first test within the current naturalization application. The pass rate represents the cumulative pass rate of applicants who took both the English and civics components of the test since it was fully implemented on Oct.1, 2009.

Contains information on petitions for nonimmigrant workers. Data is provided for H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, L-1A, L-1B, O, P, R-1, and TN classifications. Data is classified by petitions received, approved, denied, completed, and request for evidence (RFE).
Historical National Average Processing Time for All USCIS Offices
Shows the average processing times for select forms for all USCIS offices. These processing times, which combine data from all USCIS offices, are based on the length of time that an office’s application/petition receipts have been awaiting adjudication (pending).
USCIS Processing Time Information for International Operations Offices
Shows the average length of time it took to complete cases during the period noted on each chart. The information on this page will be updated around the 15th day of each quarter (Jan. 15, April 15, July 15 and Oct. 15) to reflect current processing times as of the previous six-month period. Not all form types processed by a USCIS International Operations field or headquarters office are reported.
