DACA Requestors with an Arrest (IDENT Response) (PDF, 140 KB)
Contains data on arrests and apprehensions among the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requestor population. The data contains both criminal and civil information of those approved and denied under DACA. The data relates to arrests and apprehensions, which do not necessarily result in actual convictions. This report presents data on DACA requestors from 2012 to 2018.

DACA Receipts Since the January Injunction as of May 31, 2018 (PDF, 92 KB)
Contains an approximate number of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D), receipts since the Jan. 10, 2018, injunction through May 31, 2018. The Form I-821D receipts are grouped by the date the previous DACA status expires and divided by adjudicative status (approved, denied, pending).
DACA Expiration Data: Approximate Active DACA Recipients as of May 31, 2018 (PDF, 95 KB)
Contains the number of people with a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) expiration date on or after May 31, 2018, by the month and year that their current DACA status expires. The report also contains the number of pending DACA renewal applications for DACA recipients by the month/year that their current DACA expires. People who have obtained Lawful Permanent Resident status or U.S. citizenship are excluded.
