SAVE Tutorial

The SAVE tutorial helps SAVE users use SAVE correctly and efficiently. The tutorial provides information about:

• SAVE and the verification process;
• SAVE CaseCheck;
• Commonly used immigration documents and where to find immigration enumerators;
• Common case responses;
• Best practices for additional verification;
• Managing cases; and
• Administering SAVE accounts.

Beginning on May 28, SAVE users will be required to review the tutorial and certify to completing the review in the SAVE system before they will be able to create new SAVE cases.  Users will certify completion of the tutorial within SAVE at SAVE> Manage Profile.
