The file below is a list of petitioners who received an approval in fiscal year 2009 (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009) of Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, requesting initial H-1B status for the beneficiary, regardless of when the petition was filed with USCIS.
Please note that approximately 3,000 initial H-1B petitions are not accounted for on this list due to missing petitioner tax ID numbers.
