USCIS automatically extended these EADs, which were issued to eligible beneficiaries under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti, and El Salvador. Current employees with these EADs continue to be authorized to work. Employers should not reverify until Jan. 3, 2020. For information on completing Form I-9 for new employees who present this EAD, see the Federal Register notice and then refer to I-9 Central’s TPS page.
