There will be a scheduled application outage starting on Saturday, Feb. 5, 8 a.m. EST until 9 a.m. EST Sunday, Feb 6. During this time you will not be able to access:
- My Case Status,
- Change of Address Online,
- e-Request,
- Processing Times,
- Civil Surgeon Locator, or
- Office Profiles under Find a USCIS Office.
