Immigration Options for Youth and Child Victims of Abuse Stakeholder Engagement

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites you to participate in a stakeholder engagement on Tuesday, May 23, from 2 – 3:30 p.m. Eastern.

At this engagement, USCIS will provide an overview of immigration benefits available to eligible youth and children who have been victims of human trafficking or other crimes.

Subject matter experts will discuss the T visa, U visa, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) programs with specific focus on how youth and children can access these programs.
